Brown Altman & DiLeo, LLP Announce the Promotion of Matthew Ingber, Jerry Lagomarsine & Anthony Curcio

Brown Altman & DiLeo, LLP is proud to announce, effective January 1, 2022, the promotions to Senior Associates of Matthew Ingber, Jerry Lagomarsine and Anthony Curcio.

Matthew Ingber has been promoted to Senior Associate and Manager of Zoning & Land Use. Matthew joined the firm in 2019 and represents an array of clients, including national fast food chains, gasoline station retailers and alternative energy companies. Matthew provides counsel in all facets of land use, zoning and real estate development, as well as commercial and residential transactional real estate matters. He regularly represents the firm’s clients before municipal boards, including the Towns of Brookhaven, Hempstead, Huntington, North Hempstead, as well as the City of Yonkers and Village of Wappingers Falls, and has successfully obtained zoning approvals throughout Long Island, New York City, Westchester and beyond. In his role, Matthew is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s robust zoning and land use practice and for supervising the associates and staff to ensure the firm’s high quality of service.

Jerry Lagomarsine has been promoted to Senior Associate and Manager of Commercial Lending. Jerry joined the firm in 2019 and represents institutional lenders and borrowers in all aspects of commercial lending. Jerry has extensive experience handling complex transactions, including U.S. Small Business Administration’s (“SBA”) lending, asset-based financing and real estate-based lending, having handled over 250 SBA loan transactions and more than 500 loan transactions in total. In his new role as Manager of the firm’s Commercial Lending practice, Jerry is responsible for working with and training associates in commercial lending practices and assisting with management of the firm’s transactional real estate and lending practice.

Anthony Curcio has been promoted to Senior Associate. Anthony joined the firm in 2020 and represents clients in industries such as petroleum services and distribution, fast food, restaurant and hospitality industry and alternative energy. In addition, Anthony also provides legal services to commercial and residential developers as well as transactional real estate and leasing representation to the firm’s clients. Anthony has extensive experience representing clients before many Long Island municipalities, including the Towns of Oyster Bay, Huntington and Hempstead, as well as the Villages of Islandia and Freeport. His prior experience working in the Town of Oyster Bay brings and added layer of understanding to the local zoning and development process.
