We successfully secured approvals for Starbucks to transform a vacant 4,883 sq. ft. bank building at 718 Medford Avenue, Medford into a brand-new restaurant with a drive-thru.
This redevelopment brings new life to a high-visibility location and improves both form and function for daily visitors with wall signs and enhanced site design including curbing, beautiful landscaping, a new sanitary system, and more.
