Romina Benzakarya
Romina has extensive experience in complex real estate real estate transactions with a focus on acquisition, disposition and financing of various asset types, as well as unique experience in many aspects of national retail shopping center ownership, leasing, subdivision and transactional real estate.
Prior to joining Brown Altman & Dileo, LLP, Romina represented private and institutional sellers and purchasers in the acquisition, sale or leasing of many asset types, including commercial and residential properties, as well as borrowers and lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions.
