Anthony C. Curcio


Anthony represents a wide range of clients including national petroleum distributors, gasoline station retailers, national fast food chains, alternative energy companies, commercial developers and residential developers in a wide range of matters involving land use and zoning, commercial and residential real estate transactions and municipal law. Anthony also represents institutional lenders and borrowers in all aspects of commercial lending.

Prior to joining the firm, Anthony was an Associate in the Real Estate and Zoning and Land Use Practice Groups of the second largest full-service firm on Long Island. While there, Anthony represented commercial and residential developers in residential and commercial real estate transactions, zoning and land use issues and commercial financing.

Anthony also served as an Assistant Town Attorney for the Town of Oyster Bay, where he represented the Town in matters involving building and zoning violations, personal injury claims and property damage claims. Additionally, Anthony also served as Counsel to the Zoning Board of Appeals, where he provided legal counsel, reports on findings, and conducted research.
